Thank you for shopping with Schunk Carbon Technology. We strive to provide you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. It must also have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including personalized or custom-made items.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to notify us of your intent to return the item. Please provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
Package the item securely, including all original packaging and any accessories, to prevent damage during transit.
Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return reaches us. The customer is responsible for all charges/fee’s in order to return an item - none of these charges/fee’s will be reimbursed by Schunk Carbon Technology.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different type, size, or different product altogether - please contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process. Any price differences between the exchanged items will be either refunded or charged accordingly.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and may require photos or other documentation of the damage or defect.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the stipulated time period, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
